After finding ourselves in over our head with a mortgage we could no longer afford, Ben Callicoat at Tulsa Bankruptcy and Consumer Law helped us navigate the foreclosure process. Ben is an excellent attorney. He takes the time to discuss the specifics of his client's unique situations, and provides information on all of the options available. He is very thorough in his work, respectful and caring. He responds very quickly to all questions, emails and phone calls.

The attorney that owns this place is Ben Callicoat. Ben Callicoat claimed he could get my money back on a 3D printer that didn't work. He also said that I needed to get him working on the case quickly so that I would not forfeit any rights under the UCC. Turns out neither statement was true. For a $1600 retainer he wrote a lame letter to the salesman in a branch office. That's all he did. He refuses to refund the balance of the $1600. Once I paid the retainer, he was a lot harder to contact.
