First, I watched as your driver parked in an area clearly labeled patient drop off; then he ignored the UPMC employee who told him where to park (tho he did move from the middle of the lane to a drop off spot). Then he went inside and argued about the mask policy… in a hospital… full of high risk people. He asserted that since it’s not a law, he didn’t have to wear it. Have not had any of these issues, I drive about 1.5 miles to my local beer distributor and pick it up, about $5 a 5gallon bottle.
Once again, I received a water jug that leaked all over my kitchen floor. This is about the 3rd or 4th time. Who do I send the repair bill to?
WORST company ever!! They have lied to me 4 times in row. 1. ME: When am I going to get the water I ordered 3 weeks ago? THEM: Tomorrow. ME: (next day) No water, no phone call. 2. See above. ( 2 days later) 3. See above. (Another 2 days later) 4. See above. (Next day) They lie, lie, lie!! If you’re in the mood to get lied to, call them; they won’t disappoint you.
