I am not compaining about the product or the deliveries. But this is the THIRD time in 6 years that Tuplehocken has charged a credit card that I revoked access for and replaced with a new card. THEY DO NOT DELETE YOUR OLD CREDIT CARD NUMBERS and will use them OVER A YEAR LATER. I am now fully aware of this because my bank brought it to my attention. Great experience so far. My local guy gets back to me, very quickly, when I call and the delivery driver is nothing but the best. Very polite, answers my questions, and very respectful. Great service all around. The best tasting water next to an actual well itself. No more town town water or bottled water heartburn, just a refreshed feeling.

This business has gone straight to the pits!!! Our family has used this company for over 30 years and ever since this past September service has been atrocious!!! Ridiculous customer service and delivery. Missed deliveries, empty bottle pile up, NO communication re delays and issues, bottles dropped off in the wrong location. Empty promises. How can delivering water be so difficult??

EDIT: Though our relationship with Tulpehocken was pretty abysmal for awhile, our new delivery guy is great and we always have water deliveries on the designated days ———————————————— Despite signing on for biweekly water delivery, we often go a full month without a single delivery. It’s not uncommon for us to have 8-10 bottles lined up outside waiting for pickup/replacement. Tulpohoken does not communicate delays or offer sound follow up for delivery times.
