I was a customer of Roaring Springs Water but moved to Tulpehocken Water when Roaring Springs was sold to Nestles. I was not going to support Nestles. I was thrilled to find Tulpehocken Water and I have been with them going on my 3rd Month now. I am still thrilled and I have had no issues at all. I find them to be a good quality business so far and THE WATER TASTE GOOD!
I have been a customer with Tulpehocken Spring Water for several years. I switched to this company after leaving one of their competetors due to poor service from both the billing office and the delivery service. I find this company to be just as bad with their service and customer relations as my last home water delivery company. Weeks would go by without receiving my delivery. Business response:
Started service with us on 3/21/14. Received normal deliveries from previous driver. New driver hired and took over route in December. One missed delivery in February 2017. Almost all payments are always 1 month behind... If we deliver in January...Statements go out beginning of February. Therefore customers are paying for January in February. Late Fee – This account never been charged a late fee. Payments have always been on time. Trying to contact Karen Rakowski by phone to discuss situation.
