I have been trying to make a payment on my outstanding balance for about almost 2 months now. A few weeks ago I had called and provided my payment method so I can pay my outstanding balance. I received a call two weeks later, stating that they were now just running the payment and it wasn’t going through. I do not keep any money in my debit card account, I put money in, pay my bills and take the rest out. You have a greater chance of hitting the lottery than getting water delivered from these ppl. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. Keep looking.
Bought a new water cooler for Christmas the 1st delivery took at least 3 weeks and this time idk because I've been waiting and I need to go out and grab my own every week for at least 2 months now, you won't get your delivery ever..I never seen anything like this place..I just looked and it was March 18th I called for 4 of the 5 gallon containers and it's now may 6th..maybe if you order your water 2 to 3 yrs in advance and don't die of dehydration you might get it in time
Customer service is awful. Always rude and don't care about making things right. Been with them about 15 years and last 6 months has been horrible. Late deliveries, no deliveries and today driver went right by my house. Only reason I stayed with them is because i couldn't find another home delivery Service.
