Beware of bait and switch tactics My spouse and I have been patients of Dr. Shepard for 9 years. She is a great doctor and we have always been pleased with the customer service we have received at this practice - until today. Last week, I had spoken to Chet, the manager of the optical lab, regarding a service which he said he would be happy to perform for us at no charge (checking the pupillary distance which requires less than a minute of labor time and uses no disposable products for which there would be a cost).
