RecommendedCame in before close yesterday for sweet treats. Did not disappoint! Everything we got was awesome! Duck cookie, Apple fritter, rocky road fudge and couldn't pass up a bagel! Great customer service from the young lady working! Thank you for another great visit. You guys rock!

Best Bakery ever. it's been a MUST everytime we are in OBX. makes every trip special. we have celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, and everything in between and UNDER THE SUN with the help of TULLIOS!! and they couldnt be NICER....ABSOLUTELY LOVELY PEOPLE!!! ITS A MUST STOP IF JUST FOR A COFFEE AND PASTRY....BUT GOTTA SAY...THEIR CAKES ARE DA BOMB!! LOL.

We traveled to Duck and was looking forward to trying Tullio's. Being from upstate NY....having had excellent baked goods from our local Baked Euphoria and having been to Carlos in NYC, it sounded like Tullio's would be great. We choose a vanilla, chocolate and cheesecake cupcakes. The frosting was the whipped frosting you get at any grocery store...the cupcakes were bland and dry. I hate to say I could've got better cupcakes at the Walmart in Kitty Hawk, but it's unfortunately true.

I told Tullios my vision for a 35th friendaversary cake and they did not disappoint once again. The cake looks amazing and tastes awesome! Thank you so much! My friend loved it! ♥️
We love to visit Tulio's at Loblolly Pines Shopping Center in Duck during the shoulder seasons when there is no line, where we always "Have a sweet day."
We weren’t sure if we were going to be able to have my daughters wedding because of the hurricane, they had it made early in case we had to move the time , they instantly made it and it was beautiful and delicious. Dawn is AMAZING so very helpful every step of the way.
