Tullio's has an amazing and friendly atmosphere with fair prices. I have been to many salons and had to pay for 2 cuts each time because someone jacked up my hair until I went to Tullio's. At Tullio's I was partnered with Josh. He was awesome. He was amazing when it came to style and color. Now I go to him on the regular. I have never gone to anyone else since. This place is a CUT above the rest.
