Been going to Tullio's for over 20 years. Always welcoming and accommodating. Darcee takes the time to understand exactly what customers want and works hard to meet their expectations. Scheduling in the new app has made things so easy! Highly recommend Tullio's; you won't be disappointed.
Stylist did not follow the reference pictures I gave despite me leaving the photo out for reference. She cut my hair way too short and the end result was nothing like the photo I gave. Also the end color looked way different than the color books I was shown, so I dyed it on my own back to black. I am very upset after going home and getting a good look at it. I am dreading going out in public and to work.
Tulios is by far the best salon I've been to. Darcee is very professional and knowledgeable, I trust her completely with my hair. She was able to achieve the exact color I wanted after trying so many stylists in the area.
First, I want to start off with that I’ve been getting my hair done by Darcee for over 20 years now. I have moved to North Carolina and waited for a couple years to come back up to the New York to only see Darcee! I don’t trust anyone to cut my hair but her and I have grown it out over and over until I can get appointment with her.
