My neighbor went to the dealer in South Nashua, NH because he had 3 recalls on my Mazda car. He came out with more damage and would never recommend them to anyone . The customer service was horrible! They treated him like an animal. He contacted the general manager and he never responded to him. The service manager told him to prove the damages.. wow! They don’t answer phone calls or emails regardless of how urgent or time sensitive your inquiry is. And if/when they do answer an email, it’s DAYS after. I had issues registering my car and setting up my account after purchasing a car and it is appalling how many missed calls and unanswered emails myself and my husband have sent. Did not really have an issue for the three years I leased my car, but as soon as I turned it in, it was a completely different story... The guy I was suppose to meet wasn’t even there even though I set up an appointment almost two weeks in advance, so I had to deal with another person who seemed bothered to help me.. and then I was told I had to call and cancel recurring payments 5 days before my final payment.. which would have been nice to know 5 days prior.. Wow, so many bad reviews. This was not my experience in April of 2016 (Mike in sales for GMC) when leasing a fantastic new GMC truck or in April of 2018 (Johnny K. in Mazda) when buying a new Mazda 3. I felt like a valued customer, was repeatedly offered refreshments during our negotiations and will definitely shop at Tulley in Nashua again.
