My experience with Tulley Mazda from test driving to lease negotiation to picking up the car (2020 CX-5) was great. Being a new Mazda driver and a new customer of this dealership, they were more than accommodating when it came to getting a new car during the COVID-19 pandemic - which was a concern of mine. Salesman, John K, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Sales mgr, Don L, walked me through financing and met me where I was at. Walked away with a 2019 M6, loaded. Thanks guys for putting me in it!
We had an appointment at 9:15 Saturday to look at a car. We called at 8:30 to say we were on our way. When we got there they said the car had been sold 45 minutes ago. Bull. It took us an hour and a half of our rare Saturday free time to be scammed by them.
