Brustolon service department has saved me time and again. Lisa, one of the service techs can usually diagnose the issue just off description alone. Carl a master mechanic noticed some complete factory defect, saving me from a seized motor. Can't thank the service crew enough. I will take my truck only there for any major issues. Always buy the extended warranty.

I would give this experience zero stars if I could. I purchased a used vehicle for my 16-year-old daughter from Mark Allen in Collinsville, and the salesperson we worked with was Jeff. The first visit went fine, but when my daughters returned to look at the car again, his attitude completely changed. He was condescending and made my oldest daughter feel uncomfortable for being cautious about the purchase. Within two weeks of purchasing the vehicle, the service light came on. If you’re considering doing business with this dealership, I would advise caution. A few months ago, I spoke with a salesman named Sean about trading in my vehicle for a truck. At the time, my credit score was lower, and he explained that I was only approved for up to $30,000, which I completely understood.
