I have waited to write this review because I wanted better from BMW Denver. I have a 2203 325 I. I love this car, I know its old as dirt but I was hopeful BMW Denver could keep it going. I was told that the engine in this model was great and given the suggestion of work that it needed and a verbal assurance that i should be on the road for a few more years. $8000 dollars later one of the suggestions actually caused my oil to burn faster. BMW of Sterling,VA offers a pleasant environment to its customers. During our car purchase my wife and I had a very pleasant experience with Paul Blakeman from BMW of Sterling. With his very friendly and professional service Paul made the whole process passed like a breeze. He answered all our questions and showed full dedication to leading us smoothly through the process. We would like to praise Paul highly both as a person and as an ideal car salesman.
4 stars for the attentiveness and service provided by the salesperson during the purchase process. We enjoyed working with him while buying the car. However, the experience changed completely after the sale — 1 star (if not 0) for the follow-up. I am extremely disappointed and honestly shocked by how I was treated—especially as a veteran who recently returned from deployment. BMW of Tuscaloosa failed to provide basic customer care, professionalism, and accountability. I would strongly caution anyone, especially fellow veterans, before trusting this dealership’s service department.
Gotta say I am pleasantly impressed by the service I received at Sewell BMW of Plano and specifically from Michael Russell and Craig Worrall. Especially since I live in Fort Worth, a 60 mile hike from the dealership. While I am familiar with Sewell as I’m on my 2nd Lexus this is my first ever BMW purchase.
