We had a wonderful car buying experience at Tulley BMW in Nashua, NH. I didn’t think buying a car would ever be smooth and friction free, but our recent experience was enlightening. Our customer contact Kyle was overboard helpful, sales manager Bob was supportive and flexible, finance person Emily was efficient, and dare I say it, fun to work with. This is our first BMW, and we came away with positive vibes. Highly recommended.

To my dismay was hung up on by a sales manager by the name of Tom, I was trying to find out the service history of a particular vehicle and was spoken to in a very aggressive manner. Would not recommend doing business with these people. A certified pre owned vehicle should come with ALL service records to maintain transparency and quality to the next buyer.
