To my dismay was hung up on by a sales manager by the name of Tom, I was trying to find out the service history of a particular vehicle and was spoken to in a very aggressive manner. Would not recommend doing business with these people. A certified pre owned vehicle should come with ALL service records to maintain transparency and quality to the next buyer. Like most people, I always hate the process of getting a new car, but the team at Tulley GMC really stepped up and made the process as easy as possible. Working with Cam, Josh, and Ben was seamless, they really care about their customers and made sure i left feeling good about my new car and the experience. Also, Chris in the service department was a pleasure to work with, he was kind and always in communication with me to make sure my experience was a positive one
