I had the opportunity to have Melissa as my bridal consultant. She never pressured me and I felt genuinely cared for. She asked great questions to get me to think about what I liked and did not like, and really listened to my thoughts. I never felt rushed even though I tried on so many dresses, took pictures, looked them over and retried on dresses as well. I was simply amazed at the level of service we received. My daughter was very picky and hard to please. The last gowned she tried on she said yes to the dress. When the atmosphere is right the energy radiates. Thank you all so much for the great service we received.

Words cannot express my love and gratitude for the owner of Tulle. Donna is top tier! The care and customer service she provides goes above and beyond anything I have seen before. You would think that being in her industry that she would get used to the emotional nature of a bride and become a little numb to it but she truly cares about everyone who walks through her doors there. I can't thank her enough.

Came here back in October when I was originally searching for my first dress and the service/support was amazing. Absolutely no pressure from anyone on their team. I ended up going with another dress but returned to Tulle in June after my fiancé and I found out that we were pregnant and that I’d be 6 months come our wedding in the fall. Amazing service yet again and so many options and ideas from the team about what could work. Ended up buying my new dress here, which I may actually love more than my original dress. These ladies are amazing at what they do; they truly know their store and inventory inside and out. They quickly caught onto what I did and did not like and would pull specific examples from the racks (from memory!) As I tried on different dresses, they were also incredibly kind and uplifting.
