I have only had great experiences at this clinic. Dr Pooja, Dr Samina, and Dr Mary have all been fantastic with my children and for my own appointments. I also love that telehealth is bulk billed. Appointments have all run pretty much on time or within a couple of minutes wait time. I highly recommend.
Dr. Pooja is an outstanding GP who combines deep medical expertise with a patient-centered approach. She takes the time to thoroughly understand concerns, explains diagnoses and treatment options clearly, and ensures the best possible care. Her attention to detail and commitment to patient well-being make her a trusted doctor. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate GP!
I've decided to change my review. I boycotted this place after it changed hands for about 5 months, until I had to go back to get a specific prescription refilled. Ive been back multiple times since, and since finding Dr. Pooja, who is possibly the greatest doctor I've ever had, I've been converted. The wait times are reasonable, the receptionists are lovely, and Dr. Pooja genuinely cares. Thank you for your care.
