By far the worst experience I've ever had in a nail place. We came for pedicures and sat in the cold water tub for 50 mins before being helped. Once they finally started us, they would stop every 2-3 mins to do someone else's nails. I was here for almost 3 hours. I've never seen such poor customer service and poor organization before.
i have been going here for about 4 years and every time i go, the people that work there are very pleasant. They give you great service, and do nice work. i would highly recommend this place.
