I ordered the “Grandest Decadent Gourmet Chocolate and Snack Basket" but it has neither Grand nor Decadent items in it. It was supposed to be in a hamper with a lid according to the description and picture. What they sent was a white Easter basket with at least 1/4 of the basket being Tostitos and has Russel Stover chocolate. This was $149.99 and barely better than the $39.00 basket full of candy bars. Flowers to be delivered on Friday were delivered on wed . In two days most flowers dead . On Saturday all were dead. Called shop no answer so left message twice on Friday and again on Sat no response. There is no customer service. Would not buy from them.

First they claim flowers were delivered when they were not. A carnation bouquet was ordered thru Ava'sFlowers and apparently they do business with Tulips Flower shop in Port Charlotte. My daughter notified Ava's because she was notified flowers were delivered which they were not, Then on Friday a man delivered a bud vase with three not so fresh roses and a birthday balloon. He actually took a picture of my husband after he handed him the flowers. What my daughter paid for was a large bouquet of carnations not 3 poor quality ... read more
