Fast response, great customer service, and high quality flowers. I ordered a lily lover bouquet for delivery to Hilton Sydney. I emailed them with some special requests and they were able to accommodate everything perfectly. Can’t recommend them enough.

Unfortunately, I left feeling really disappointed with my experience today. The $100 bouquet I purchased looked more like something worth half the price, and the service left me quite upset. When I politely asked for the arrangement to look more like the other bouquets in the shop, I felt as though I was being dismissed rather than listened to. It’s not the experience I expected, and I won’t be returning.
