Beware ordering from this place. They charged my account immediately, despite the fact that they then take months to ship. Order placed in early June. First I was told it would ship in August. Nothing. Then told it would ship in September. Nothing. Then told it would ship 1st week of October. Nothing. Today is October 21 and still not shipped. The ground will be frozen here in Michigan and I'll still be waiting for my order. Finally told them to just cancelled it. Very disappointing experience.

I just ordered some bulbs from this company. They came timely, packaged nice and included instructions for planting. Price seemed good as well.

Awful experience with Tulip World. The bulbs and bare roots arrived dry. Contacted tulip world immediately and was told i had to wait 6+ weeks to see if they would take. They didn’t. Nothing grew. Followed up with tulip world after 6 weeks and was told to unearth the bulbs and roots, take pictures and send to them. I did this as best as i could - many had already broken down in the earth - tulip world then gave me some run around and would only provide a “one time courtesy” store credit offer. Complete BS. Bulb never grew. I can only get all exchange credit but I've lost faith in this company.

I ordered a daylily and a bearded iris. The roots and rhizome were incredibly small... one inch at best! The daylily roots were 50% rotten and there were just two tiny leaves on the mini rhizome with one being broken. Photos were sent to the company with an inquiry about quality and I was told they "look beautiful" and no further response. I will be very lucky if they grow.

I ordered 9 Siberian iris rhizomes from Tulip World in March 2020. The rhizomes and roots arrived totally dried out. Roots were soaked in water and rhizomes properly cared for. Only two survived with 4 never growing at all and 3 barely showing 1" high foliage then dying after six weeks. I contacted Tulip world informing them of my college education in botany & horticulture informing them that their dormancy process of drying the rhizomes was responsible for their high failure rate. I ordered the mixed daylilly super pack (9 plants). While they are all blooming, they are not mixed; they are all just plain Stella d’Oro. My yard is already filled with stellas and if I wanted more, I would have just divided them. I expected to get a few stellas, but I’m pretty bummed that I didn’t get the variety as indicated in the picture or the description.
