The Dentist lied to me. Next they was supposed to have scheduled me with a different dentist. They called me and said I was scheduled in the wrong room. Oh my goodness
Every time I would go to the doctor I wouldn’t see the same doctor it was different people every time people should only have one doctor...... not only that they was always rude when I went to the doctor and didn’t do anything for me... they don’t know what they are doing they are wanna be Docters all never go back to this place

Dr Walters is absolutely amazing! I used to go to a dentist that didn’t believe in any anesthesia so I’m VERY nervous around dentist. I’m 42 and I don’t think I’ve ever been to a dentist since I was small that I didn’t cry. The experiences are very traumatic for me. Dr Walters treated me with the most respect. Working through my anxiety and letting me know everything he was doing. If I experienced any pain, he put more numbing in. Not only did I work here, I received excellent medical and dental care here for the last 4 1/2 years! I strongly recommend Tulip Tree. The providers and team really care about their patients! This is more than just a doctor or dentist office!

Today I took my two young children there for dental check ups. My 6 year old was adopted two years ago and the insurance messed up his last name. The blonde curly hair receptionist was very rude to me and told me it was not his last name and I said it is but will call and see why it is like that because I wasn't sure. she precedes to argue with me in front of my son that it is not his last name and password clearly states That I said he was adopted 2 years ago so yes it is but I'll call. I have been taking my family here for over a year. We have been very pleased with the care we receive from all the employees. We see Erin and Heath regularly. Katie , Nicole, Noreen, and Tamera are all very helpful. I also see the dentist there and they work well with me and my fear of shots in my mouth. I would definitely recommend them all very awesome Healthcare
I was a new patient at the tulip tree and really was pleased with the quickness and overall positive experience. I saw Dr. Anne and she was very nice and I really appreciate her helping me. I also came back to the office later that day so that the nurse (I believe her name was Kate sorry if that’s wrong) could show me how to take my medicine she was really nice and patient and I could tell she really enjoys taking care of people I would definitely recommend The tulip tree to anyone they also even have dental available super ... read more
