Horrible! I Was overcharged and when I left i had color all over my ears and the side of my head (I wish i could upload the pics). I was modified & humiliated as I had a social and here I am with color on the side of my head and my freaking ears. RILEY if you are going to charge me like an expert, honey at least complete the job like a color expert!
