Prices are great, my nails looked awesome, and the staff is SO lovely.
I love going to tulip to get my nails done and a pedicure. I love talking with my "therapist" she's so awesome. Always a fun and restful thing.
My new favorite place.. reasonable prices and very friendly. They even have a couple hair stylists on premises..
