The male nail tech that worked on my pedicure was so ruff he cut my toe now it hurts, sore, red and I have to take a trip in 3 days really.. I will never go back

Have been to this place prior times before but today was the worst ever! I will never return and made a complaint with the sister property Ambiance nail salon. Went in to get lashes, mani and pedi. Needless to say I left with just a pedi. Was about to get lashes done and had tape already on eyes so process good begin when the tech stopped left the room to go do someone’s pedicure who had entered way after I did. Very happy w the service & with prices as well, recommend this place
My nails on my hands came out beautifully and I love them so much, however during my pedicure I came in with gel x on my toes that I did myself and instead of asking me what was on my toes to do a soak off or refill the lady who did my pedicure ripped them off with her hands and when it wouldn’t come off used a nail tip which caused my big toe to rip partially off and bleed I was getting my nails and toes done for my baby shower in a few days so I’m disappointed that I can’t have anything on my toes until it heals and as my... read more
