Disgruntled former resident here. Nonrefundable security bond to cover damages, 5 page list of things i need to clean/fix before i move out paid out of pocket, then had to pay for overpriced damages (on top of the already paid security bond) after moving out including a surprise carpet replacement charge of $535 (are y'all profiting from this?). Mistakenly, I thought this was an affordable place to live, little did I know how they would take any opportunity to rip me off that they could find. I have lived in many apartments... read more
