I have lived her for 4 years and have really enjoyed it. The neighborhood is quiet, yet super close to food carts, restaurants, and the farmers market. Issues get resolved quickly and with care. Problematic tenants don’t seem to stick around long here. Tami is so kind and encourages a welcoming environment.

This is an awful apartment complex run by the worst management company in the state of Oregon. The owner lives in France and runs the complex like a slum but the real problem is the Management company. C&R management is run by thieves and con men and should not be trusted in any way especially when it comes to your security deposit. Please see my review of C&R Real Estate management company before you even think about renting here or any other property that is managed by C&R. They are awful.

Horrible experience with the management and higher ups. Constantly being told one thing, and then they turned around and did the opposite. They did this to my disabled mother when she moved to a downstairs unit. They also did the same thing to us when we moved. We told them there were damages, our manager said not to worry about it. So when we moved we thought we just had to pay off my mother's owed rent. But it turns out they lied and charged us an extra $800.
