If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This company is not ethical nor do they care about or respect their customers, I’m surprised they are still running. Poor return policy. Shop is not willing to work with you if are past their return window which is within 14 days of purchase. Don’t order multiple sizes for fit purposes because you will be stuck with them. Very dissatisfied.
Drove here during their listed hours of operation and there's nothing but office buildings at this address, which was a bit obnoxious since it was a 25 minute drive specifically to go to this shop.

This place is a definite stop for anyone looking for a more customized experience on a budget. I cannot praise this place enough. Since it's a small store, you and your bride tribe will probably be the only ones there- you won't have to compete with other brides-to-be. At all the other bridal shops I went to, I told the associates I wanted to stay under $1,000 and all the associates showed me dresses that started at $1,800+.
