Server: Juan! Food: Mussels, sweet potato gnocchi, lamb sirloin, pork shank, duck. (Three in the party.) Such a great restaurant - service and food.
Very nice place. Very warm, very friendly atmosphere. Our waiter was very attentive. It was our wedding night, so we had a couple long stem red roses waiting at our table. And some complimentary bubbly. It was very romantic. They food was very good, albeit expensive. A very good experience.
Went to dinner with a party of four. We ordered the Halibut special, the rib eye, the lamb and the pork shank. Everyone throughly enjoyed their meal and the service was excellent. I tried all four dishes and felt the pork was by far the best. A lovely spot for a nice evening out. We will be back.
We have gone twice and felt a little disappointed. The pasta was great the second time we went. The focaccia bread was great. Got the pork shank and the hot meat had an ice cold fig and raisin sauce on top. The meat was underseasoned and bland--needed a sauce. The halibut special was cooked properly, but underseasoned and a bit bland. We have decided we will go back, but only for the pasta. Service was excellent, though.
Lovely warm cozy restaurant to share with someone you love. But don't share your food, it is SO good you must hoard it. Warm and attentive service too. We are here our first night in Seattle and our last because it was so perfect
