These guys legit suck at responding. I reached out multiple times about some rims and never got a response, yet they’re posting on OfferUp all day. That told me everything I needed to know. I’ll take my money somewhere else. Update: I called in April and messaged in April and no answer so I figured I’d keep trying on offer up today and still nothing until I wrote this review is the only time they responded. The best Tire company in tulare the staff very polite & very educated on tires & wheels we recommend this shop
Bad service, 1. Broke (2) center caps off with mallet. Supposed to pull off by hand. 2. Mounted my wheel without the tire tube that was in it.Tire was flat by the end of the night. 3. Owner was rude and dismissive.
Waited for 20 minutes juat to say an hour wait for tire rotation
The employees are great and really knowledgeable. I highly recommend coming here over other places for sure, 10/10🫶
