I have recieved great help and support from TCMH. The society we live in stigmitize persons w mental health issues. I have been targeted many times including falsly accused of felony criminal behavior &sent to jail. We are targets for law inforcement and the general population. Society considers us crimenals. The therapists, case managers and all staff have saved my life on numerous occasions. I wish Mental Health was more federally funded we would have more folks high functioning . This is my frist time with T.C.M.H.D I bsrly stated a case and I hope they don't let me down, and the reason I say this is because I have made calls multiple time to get in touch with somebody to talk to, the receptionist girl was really heplfull but idk about the people in the background.
My experience with Tulare Mental health care and treatment was very poor. I tried to refer 2 very sick individuals on several occasions and they were turned away for treatment Even though these 2 persons were in danger of physical and psychological attention. They met all 5 criteria for treatment and got no help.
