Low income rent Housing is a joke. Everybody can transfer out except you. They have women living in these units for years that bring their whole family in in a one bedroom and they know they won’t get kicked out because they know all of the workers they know all everybody they know that the housing Authority never changes locks. There’s one key that opens every freaking door so when they fire these handyman handyman still have the keys.
