I’ve been coming here for years to get my car smogged. This time my car didn’t pass but they took the time to explain the issues in a way I could understand. They did the repairs and my car passed. Great customer service. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
My car broke down on a business trip to Orange County and it was towed here by AAA. I arrived shortly before they closed but the young man there recommended a car rental service and waited until my ride got there to make sure I was taken care of. I returned to the shop on my way back home the following Monday and my car was ready. I appreciate them going above and beyond to help out a stranded traveler!
Highly recommended! Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Brought my car in for a leaking hose, they had it ready and fixed that same day, and with some upgrades. Great customer service, Moises, Alfonso and team were very knowledgeable. They even gave me a ride to and from to pick up my car. Will be back! Thank you Tulare Automotive Repair.
