My car broke down on a business trip to Orange County and it was towed here by AAA. I arrived shortly before they closed but the young man there recommended a car rental service and waited until my ride got there to make sure I was taken care of. I returned to the shop on my way back home the following Monday and my car was ready. I appreciate them going above and beyond to help out a stranded traveler!
I’ve been coming here for years to get my car smogged. This time my car didn’t pass but they took the time to explain the issues in a way I could understand. They did the repairs and my car passed. Great customer service. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
I was forced to go to Tulare Automotive back in 2018 my car had stranded me, I was really worried with a small shop at what the cost would be, it was only 50 bucks and 30 minutes. Since then I have taken all vehicles to them my old Ford pickup, KIA sole, a Kia Sorento there has been nothing that they could not fix and reasonable prices.If you have never tried them you should their team have never let me down.
