Really good and gets it done fast
Tulane Medical Group billing department is impossible to reach. Either they don’t pick up the phone “because we are experience high volume of calls, please leave a message”. I left a message between 8 am and 9 am. They attempted to call me at 4:40 pm…when I picked up the phone there was no sound. Call must have not connected…they never tried to call again. Ridiculous.
This organization is a scam artist. Their physicians tell you they take your insurance, and then you see them for 3 office visits and get a bill for $2700 because OOPS they actually don’t take your insurance. I was forced to pay it to protect my credit, and for self pay they discounted it to about $1500. I should not have to pay for THEIR mistake! Please contact me when litigation is pursued against this group. It’s no wonder Tulane is being bought out by LCMC health when this is how they treat patients and how they are scam... read more
HORRIBLE! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I pay all my bills on time. Never got anything from them saying I had a $74 bill outstanding (which i paid when I got in in August 2021); Without ever receiving a bill saying I still owed them money they turned the $74 over to a bill collector..........when I call Tulane billing office they pull you on hold and after holding 7 minutes the call automatically disconnects...............Worst billing office ever............departments like this are why people lose it and go postal. They get a "one"... read more
