Really good and gets it done fast
Tulane Medical Group billing department is impossible to reach. Either they don’t pick up the phone “because we are experience high volume of calls, please leave a message”. I left a message between 8 am and 9 am. They attempted to call me at 4:40 pm…when I picked up the phone there was no sound. Call must have not connected…they never tried to call again. Ridiculous.
