You cannot call this clinic directly without going through a third party answering service, only they can call you. I did not receive a phone call about test results for two weeks, and ended up going to the ER because I didn't know how to read the results and could not get though to this clinic after repeatedly trying. they do not answer the messages on the portal either. The physicians and staff I did speak to in person were professional enough, but to receive care from this clinic you have to genuinely be so adamant.
I have been coming here for years. I love Dr. Cummings, but the check in receptionists are so unprofessional!
While doctors are great, the awful patient care from the rest of the staff and LCMC faculty will make sure you spend months in hell
While the providers are kind and accommodating, the financial practices are very misguided. I was charged 10x what I was at other clinics for a procedure, with no transparency that they would do so. Operators and the billing department agreed that my bill was too high but said they were unable to explain or assist in reducing it. I'll start off by saying I wish I could give zero stars to this place due to my recent experience on the phone. I have been trying to fax a document over to them for a total of 5 days. They claimed to not have an email to send over a verification document to. Who does not have an email as a business? The issue was with the older lady that answered the phone this one time and had an attitude and hung up the phone while I was talking and we were not on the phone longer than a minute and a half.
