Everyone seemed friendly enough. However, ultimately they do not appear to care much at all. I have now called four days in a row without receiving a response concerning the medication prescribed that is inadequate to control the post-surgery pain. Talk about “insult to injury”! I have lost confidence in their ability to provide proper medical care.

I love the doctors there but am appalled at how poorly the clinic is managed and run. I can tell you if your insurance will cover you going someplace else then do yourself a favor. It has only gotten worse. I as a returning patient (I had been there once before several years ago) made an appointment for 2:30 PM a week earlier. I got there at 2:10 PM in case I had to update paperwork. I signed in and waited without a word from the staff Until 3:00 PM when I was called to the desk and asked to "Update my paperwork."
