Unfortunately, a while back, Tina refused to refill a medication of mine until she saw me. SHE was not available until two weeks after I would have run out (which I booked two months in advance). I found out that missing this medication could have severe side effects since I almost ran out again (the fax didn’t get to the doctor so internal tech issues) and the doctor as well as the pharmacist stated that I could absolutely NOT miss a dose.
