I really wanted to like this practice. Unfortunately the therapist I was paired with started canceling appointments and being uncommunicative, then ghosted me. When, over a month later I tried reaching out, she was no longer available during our time slot. I then tried reaching out several times to the main office to find a new therapist and got no response.
