If i could give these people a zero I would... Didn't even have "the pleasure" of using their services, because the ridiculously rude lady I talked to on the phone was so nasty she hung up on me. They refuse to give you a quote until you give them your personal information. When I asked if I could get the quote first, then give her my information, she said a flat out "no". I said I was able to get a quote from another company without providing my information, so I guess I would call them. She said okay, and hung up. For such... read more
The staff at this place are lame. They got my storage unit # wrong in their computer so I was paying for a empty unit while they locked down my actual unit and had no idea whose stuff it was. If I had not come back to the unit so soon my stuff would have been at auction. NOT COOL How they delt with the situation was just as lame.
