I am thoroughly impressed with Tugwell Roofing. When they performed the initial inspection they were professional and honest, answered all our questions. They provided 3 seperate quotes so we could choose the option best for us and our budget. Due to the roofing demands facing CA currently we had to be scheduled out approximately 4 months, however we're told it could be sooner if a slot opened up, which it did. Wanted to get a roof leak fixed. They said they were going to visit to give a quote and then they ghosted me...
NIck came to my home an performed a very professional and thorough inspection of my roof. He was very helpful by pointing out small things that could be done to improve the longevity of the existing roof and was extremely honest about there being no need to do any repairs. I will be recommending Tugwell to friends and family.
I was looking for a new roofer to work with. No calls back by several others I called. However Tugwell was there for me! Their reports are thorough and detailed with photos. Their work has been stellar and all of their employees thus far have been an absolute pleasure to work with. I look forward to continuing our working relationship.
