Positives: the setting to watch the sunset was fabulous. The ambience of the restaurant on the terrace was good, even with the sports channel playing in the corner. The receptionist was surly, bordering on bring rude. She detracted from our enjoyment of this restaurant, and means we will not be returning. Her attitude towards customers was appalling. The portions were huge, but very tasty.

Our server was great and the lobster quesadilla was delicious. We ate outside on the patio closest to the harbor and it was lovely. It was a drizzly day and it was great to still be outside under the awning.
We are vegetarians and after MAJOR research into local restaurants, chose Tugboats for location over menu, knowing the ONLY thing we could do is order from "Sides". So, taking responsibility for that, we had a waiter that quickly let us know that we were an eye-rolling couple that needed to be served fast and lead out the door. The mac and cheese was the worst I've ever had (thinking it was American cheese like the boxed kind?), but the salad, seasonal veg and risotto were up to standard. Ordered hot Lobster rolls, coleslaw, and bang bang shrimp. Excellent all around. Great atmosphere to watch boats entering and exiting the marina. Good was on point, the bang bang shrimp seemed to have a homemade sauce that was excellent.
