The nurses are GREAT, except for the Medical Director, MARY FRANCIS, who is terrible. Unfortunately, she also makes home visits at times. USE EXTREME CAUTION IF USING THIS AGENCY, AS IN MY OPINION, MARY FRANCIS IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL, IS A LIAR AND MAY PLACE FALSE INFORMATION IN YOUR MEDICAL RECORDS. Read the other reviews, this home health agency has serious issues and does not care about it's patients. It's all about the money.
