I called to make an appointment to inquire about doing a sleep study when the young lady picked up the phone she asked for my date of birth. I provided it and told her I have never been there before her response was why are you calling!
Beyond Horrific! Tech did not say a word to me while putting ~30 sensors all over me, pulling and pushing and twisting my neck from behind rather than asking me to turn my head. Then interrupted my sleep several times by coming in and maniacally pulling on the tape she'd put over the clamp on my finger and wildly adjusting other sensors like I was a maniken
Expensive, no discussion about cost upfront, was not able help me.
