After my third physician left the practice I made an appointment to meet a new doctor. It was coded as "follow up extended visit" in the portal and was told (after a significant hold time during my work day) that it was because a new doctor could not provide me an annual physical / preventative care appointment and it would be "at their discretion." Underqualified primary care physician practicing"feels" and "vibes"-based medicine (defensive medicine to the detriment of the patient). Do you need a refill on your meds that have limited to no interactions with each other and have been taking for years without issue (peers have confirmed this)? Well Dr. Saenz is not for you then! She doesn't have the experience or basic medical knowledge to do her job or she's just being willingly unhelpful. Internists are constantly leaving this practice, no continuity.
All primary care physicians booked for the next 8 months and can't take on new patients which I know is common. Also means they may be good at what they do, but, booked for 8 months is no good for me so, 1 star.. sure they're good at other stuff
Absolute terrible customer service. Front office is rude and hangs up phone while talking to patients. Overall they don’t care about patients and their conditions.
