Thank you Dr.Ryan and EVERY SINGLE person throughout my recovery at Tufts who I had the pleasure of being taken care of. Especially in a professional and comforting way in an otherwise extremely uncomfortable position to be placed in. Thank you for getting me back on my feet,literally!

The doctor I saw seemed competent if somewhat in a rush. The office staff did not seem overworked, but they (1) misspelled my email address, delaying access to the patient portal; (2) are very difficult to contact, and have disabled emailing from the portal so it's even harder to communicate with them; (3) did not intake my insurance correctly and billed me as an uninsured person, which I'm still trying to fix because I can never get in touch with them; (4) didn't update the doctor's information correctly, so my test results... read more

Waited an hour and a half to get into the room, the doctor I was supposed to see sent his PA to tell me that my chronic knee dislocation is not a problem and to just get a cortisone shot for the pain. I wasn’t taken seriously or heard by the staff or doctors.

I have needed orthopedic surgery twice and both Dr. Charles Cassidy and Dr. Peter Dewire were wonderful! They listened to my concerns, described the procedures, and performed the surgeries so professionally that I recovered sooner than expected. I can't recommend either of them more highly.
