I don’t think I have ever talked to someone as rude as Betty from reception. You should really train your employees to be nicer on the phone. I would give negative stars if I could.
You know when you get a new insurance company and a new hospital situation, you trust that they're going to take care of you and your needs! If you value your eyesight, do not go to this place because of the neglect, I lost vision in one eye and we'll be blind in one eye for the rest of my life because of the failure in poor habits in practice
They were great with my daughter, got us right in and she had her glasses within a week and a half. After that, she broke them accidentally and they were super quick and helpful with getting us a replacement.
Bad customer service!! When I try to make appointment for my eye, she asked me why I have to make appointment, after I told her reason she said that I just saw doctor 3 months ago, she just hanged up my call without saying anything, and I try to call back, and no one pick up the call.
