You know when you get a new insurance company and a new hospital situation, you trust that they're going to take care of you and your needs! If you value your eyesight, do not go to this place because of the neglect, I lost vision in one eye and we'll be blind in one eye for the rest of my life because of the failure in poor habits in practice
They were great with my daughter, got us right in and she had her glasses within a week and a half. After that, she broke them accidentally and they were super quick and helpful with getting us a replacement.
Bad customer service!! When I try to make appointment for my eye, she asked me why I have to make appointment, after I told her reason she said that I just saw doctor 3 months ago, she just hanged up my call without saying anything, and I try to call back, and no one pick up the call.
Let me first say that Dr Wu and Dr Vessels are both amazing. This review is for the deplorable scheduling department. Tufts New England Eye Center needs to do a much better job of returning people's phone calls and getting them an appointment. I left a message over 2 weeks ago, and I never heard from anybody. The same thing happened a year ago when I called several times, and nobody ever called me back. It's as if Tufts doesn't want the business.
