I have had great experience recently at Tufts. Recently I had an IUD insertion and Barbara Ludman, NP was AMAZING. I wasn’t feeling great after, normal reaction for my body because of nerves. Barbara didn’t rush me out of the room, which some doctors in other places have before. She made sure I was okay, provided me with crackers, juice, and anything else I needed to feel better. Highly recommend seeing Dr Ludman. Not sure if she was a nurse or student but Kelly, who assisted Dr. Ludman was also super helpful.
I love my provider, and the staff are nice enough, but this office has dropped the ball at each and every appointment I’ve had throughout my entire pregnancy. Consistently waiting 30-60 minutes past my appointment time for the provider to enter the room when I arrive early for every single appointment, messing up appointment dates and times, rescheduling my appointments without my consent, not answering messages on the patient portal, not preparing me correctly for next appointments resulting in needing to schedule extra app... read more
