Wow This department is unprofessional and does not want to help patients medical needs. Stay away from Patient Care does not care. They are assigned by the hospital and dont work for patients, they work for the hospital. They are HUMAN RESOURCES and only work for the hospital to prevent litigation and allow the doctors and medical professionals to be unethical and medically neglectful to patients. Highly recommend stay away from this hospital. Tufts is simply a business and they care about one thing money. Not the patients.
Just spoke to someone on the phone. They ignored and dismissed my symptoms and told me I was healthy and whatever was going on with me had NOTHING to do with diabetes. Except I was entirely right and it had EVERYTHING to do with diabetes. Stay away. They do not care about their patients.
