The absolute worse office, staff that you could ask for . The whole entire staff is rude. They're ignorant, and they think they're entitled, they talked down to their patience, which is so very rude, irresponsible to say the least . Heather was absolutely the worst staff person that i've ever dealt with in my entire life. I'm hoping that the manager Maureen, that I spoke to. Horrible place ! Worst ever !
All staff that I had encountered were very friendly, especially Ana and Omar who were the sweetest and kindest. It was easy to get appointment with short waiting period.
