was there for about a week and all the staff was extremely helpful and considerate of my needs
On tuesday march 10 i went to emergency on Tuft medical Center at 833 washington st Boston MA very sick with severe migraine headache and while i was under medication the transporter guy moving me from the ems room to the ct scan room MANAGE TO TAKE MY WALLET AND STOLE MY MONEY an even $600 while i was under heavy medication,i file a report with CHRISTOPHER CORDARO and have yet to receive any answer
I went to Tufts for routine walk-in blood work and was completely turned away. I understand the issues around the coronavirus, but I was turned away without any help or recourse. Your security guards were rude and unhelpful. If and when this state of emergency becomes extreme, Tufts will be unequipped and unprepared to deal with it.

Not very happy that I was referred for a surgical consult and the doctor consulted hasn't even read my chart. Nor am I happy that my appointment was at 10:45 and it is now 11:15 and the only reason I know he is running 40 minutes late is because I went up and asked. Shouldn't someone that works here at least told me instead of just leaving me sitting here. This plus having to fill out repeat paperwork really makes my blood boil, I am beyond angry right now!
my son was a patient there and the care was state of the art.
