It took me days and hours on hold listening to bad jazz to get through to schedule a screening. Messages were not returned when the clock is running out on my insurance coverage. When I finally was able to speak to a person, she could not find my referral and then yelled at me, insisting we had spoken before and I was bothering her. Not a good experience when you're already worried and upset about needing a cancer screening and losing insurance. I scheduled somewhere else with kinder, responsive staff.
